electro-thermal elements made of carbonized silicon, with the
principal of current overcome resistance to take electro-power
into heat.
The bar silicon-carbon has the characteristics of excellent
thermal conduction low coefficent of thermal expension and strong
emanation ect, The heating Temperature of the bar under the
normal condition up to 600 C -1500 C and works continually over
2000 hours, So the products being used widely in the industry
fields such as machinery , building materials, chemical silicate
ect. It is and ideal electro-thermal elements for electro-furnaces
and electro-kilns. The other products of the factory are green
carbonized silicon. Black carbonized silicon (content sic over
